Happy Power BIP aims to empower HEI staff to support students in their academic and personal development. The pedagogy is based on research-based methods and focuses on positive thinking and flourishing.
BIP offers opportunities for staff members to learn about the pedagogy and methods that enable students to thrive and succeed. By adopting the happy power approach, HEI staff can create a supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
One goal of the BIP is also to create a network of staff members interested to develop pedagogy, methods and common projects based on positive thinking.
