Interdisciplinary Teaching, Working, Communication, and Collaboration

We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming COHEHRE conference taking place at Universidade Católica Portuguesa-Porto in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal, from 22-24 April 2026.

About the Conference

The COHEHRE Conference 2026 invites higher education professionals, researchers, students, companies, and community players to explore how interdisciplinary approaches can transform education, research, and professional practice. As global challenges become increasingly complex, collaboration across disciplines, sectors, and cultures is not just desirable; it is essential. Together, we will reimagine how to teach, work, and communicate in ways that foster innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility in higher education and beyond.

This conference aims to advance dialogue and reflect on the transformative potential of interdisciplinarity in higher education. Addressing the increasing complexity of contemporary societal and global challenges, we will explore how interdisciplinary approaches to teaching, learning, research, and professional practice can contribute to innovation, inclusiveness, and sustainability. Participants are invited to critically examine educational practices, institutional strategies, and collaborative models that foster effective communication and cooperation across disciplinary and professional boundaries.
